Bricksoft built the AI Stickers app. This service is provided by Bricksoft and is intended for use as is.
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Stickers collects, uses, processes, shares, stores, and deletes information when you use the app, including photos that you voluntarily submit for AI-powered sticker image and animated GIF generation.
By using AI Stickers, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. You may choose not to use features that require uploading a photo for AI processing.
AI Stickers allows users to select an existing photo from their device or take a photo using the device camera for the purpose of generating AI-powered sticker images and animated GIFs.
Photos submitted by users may contain visible facial features and other personal information that appears in the image. We treat these photos as user-provided personal data.
The app does not use facial recognition, facial identification, identity verification, or biometric identification.
We do not intentionally extract, create, or store facial recognition templates, biometric profiles, or biometric identifiers from submitted photos.
Photos submitted to AI Stickers are used solely to provide the AI-powered generation features requested by the user.
Depending on the feature selected, a submitted photo may be processed to generate sticker images, nine-grid sticker sheets, animated images, or animated GIFs.
We do not use submitted photos for advertising, marketing, user profiling, facial recognition, identity verification, or training our own AI models.
We do not use photos for purposes unrelated to the AI generation feature requested by the user.
To provide AI-powered image and video generation, AI Stickers uses Agnes AI as a third-party AI processing service.
When you request an AI generation operation, your selected photo is securely transmitted to our server and then transmitted to Agnes AI, our third-party AI processing service, for the purpose of processing the image and generating the requested sticker image or animated content.
Agnes AI is used as a service provider to perform the AI processing requested by the user. We do not sell your photos or facial information to Agnes AI or any other third party.
We do not intentionally provide Agnes AI with information for advertising, marketing, user profiling, facial identification, identity verification, or other unrelated purposes.
The transmission of a photo to Agnes AI occurs only when the user chooses to use an AI generation feature and provides the applicable in-app consent.
Before a photo is transmitted for AI processing, AI Stickers provides an in-app disclosure explaining that the selected photo will be uploaded for AI processing and identifying Agnes AI as the third-party AI service provider.
The disclosure informs the user that the selected photo may contain facial features and explains that the photo is being processed to provide the requested AI generation service.
Users must explicitly choose to continue with the AI processing after receiving this disclosure. If the user does not provide consent, the photo will not be transmitted to our server or to Agnes AI for the requested AI processing operation.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share submitted photos for advertising, marketing, profiling, or other unrelated purposes.
Photos are shared with Agnes AI when necessary to provide the AI image or video generation feature requested by the user.
This sharing is limited to the purpose of processing the submitted image and generating the content requested by the user.
Other than service providers necessary to operate the requested AI generation functionality, we do not intentionally disclose submitted photos or information contained in those photos to unrelated third parties.
Submitted photos are processed only for the purpose of providing the requested AI generation service.
We do not maintain a permanent database of users' facial images or biometric identifiers.
Uploaded photos are temporarily stored on our server only as necessary to process the requested AI generation operation.
After the requested AI processing is completed, the uploaded original photo is automatically deleted from our server.
Generated sticker images and animated GIFs may be temporarily stored as necessary to deliver the requested results to the user.
We do not intentionally retain uploaded original photos after the requested processing has been completed.
Data retention by Agnes AI is governed by the applicable privacy policy, terms, and data handling practices of Agnes AI.
Uploaded original photos are automatically deleted from our server after the requested AI processing has been completed.
We do not maintain a permanent database of users' facial images or biometric identifiers.
If you have questions about the deletion of your submitted data or believe that information may still be retained by us, you may contact us using the email address provided below.
Requests concerning data processed directly by Agnes AI may also be subject to Agnes AI's applicable privacy and data retention policies.
Photos submitted by users may contain visible facial features. We recognize that such photos may contain sensitive personal information.
AI Stickers does not perform facial recognition or attempt to identify individuals appearing in submitted photos.
AI Stickers does not intentionally collect or create biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, biometric profiles, or other biometric identifiers from submitted photos.
Facial features visible in a submitted photo are processed only as part of the photo processing required to provide the AI sticker and animation generation requested by the user.
We do not use facial information for advertising, marketing, profiling, identity verification, or unrelated purposes.
AI Stickers may request access to the device camera or photo library when necessary for features that allow the user to select or capture an image.
Camera and photo library access is used only to allow the user to select or capture photos for the app's sticker generation features.
The app does not access photos or camera content that the user has not selected or provided for the applicable feature, except as permitted by the operating system and the permissions granted by the user.
We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect information submitted through the service.
Information transmitted between the app and our server is protected using secure transmission technologies.
We take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of submitted information.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
AI Stickers uses third-party services that are necessary to provide certain functionality.
The third-party AI processing service used for image and video generation is Agnes AI.
Agnes AI processes user-submitted photos on our behalf when the user requests an AI image or video generation operation.
Third-party services may have their own privacy policies, terms, and data handling practices. Users are encouraged to review the applicable policies of these service providers.
AI Stickers is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the service, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy and post the updated version on this page.
Changes become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is posted.
